Restore Your Smile with Dental Implants at Lilac Medical Centre

Losing a tooth can change how you eat, speak, and feel. Lilac Medical Centre specializes in implant dentistry, offering advanced solutions designed to replace missing teeth, protect your oral health, and restore full function, while retaining the feeling of natural teeth.

Our clinic offers several types of dental implants, including single-tooth replacement and multiple-tooth replacement solutions. Whether you have lost one or several teeth, our team will help you choose the option that offers the best results.

Dental Implant Solutions We Offer

Single Implants
Perfect for replacing one or two lost teeth, a single implant acts as an artificial tooth root, supporting a custom-made dental crown that blends naturally with your remaining teeth.

Implants for Multiple Teeth
When several teeth are missing, multiple implants can support a dental bridge, prosthetic tooth, or secure removable dentures. This method improves stability without affecting adjacent teeth, unlike traditional bridges

Titanium Post & Implant Placement

The dental implant procedure begins with precise implant placement, where a small titanium post is inserted into the jawbone under local anesthesia. This surgical procedure replaces the natural tooth root, forming a stable foundation for your replacement teeth.

Over time, the titanium integrates with your natural bone through a process of bone healing and bone growth, ensuring implant success and reducing the risk of implant failure.

If a client does not have adequate bone volume, we may recommend minor bone grafting to support the implant. In more complex cases, such as severe bone loss, specialized implants may be required. Depending on the tooth decay, we might have to treat neighboring teeth, as well.

Once healing is complete, an individual implant abutment is placed, and a custom dental crown, bridge, or denture is attached to the implant, restoring natural function and appearance.

FAQs

When should I see an oral and facial surgery specialist?
You should consider seeing a specialist if you have trouble with wisdom teeth, severe jaw misalignment, chronic facial pain, or missing teeth requiring dental implants. In these cases, your dentist might recommend surgical treatment for improved function or aesthetics.
Yes. Our surgeons have advanced training in dental implant placement, bone grafting, and the management of complex anatomical structures. This makes them highly qualified to ensure safe, precise, and long-lasting dental implant results.
Most clients recover within a few days, though complete healing may take 1–2 weeks. Swelling and mild discomfort are normal, and your surgeon will provide post-operative instructions to support a smooth recovery.
Orthognathic surgery is recommended for lower and upper jaw issues. By choosing dental implants, you can address severe overbites, underbites, open bites, facial asymmetry, breathing problems, or jaw growth discrepancies that cannot be corrected with orthodontics alone.
Yes. General anesthesia is administered by trained professionals, especially for clients with dental anxiety, complex cases, or those requiring multiple procedures in a single visit. A thorough medical evaluation is done beforehand to ensure safety.
